Sales Assistant

I need someone who speaks English AND Spanish fluently.
This person needs to take ownership of the phones, in calling both potential clients and current clients. We will be on the phone together for sales calls and the employee will be taking notes and retrieving information from client files.

I will train you on everything you need to know. However, I need someone who will be a leader and will contribute to the organization. If you just want to sit back and wait to be told what to do, my firm is not for you. I like people who have opinions and ideas on how to improve every phase of what we do.

We move very fast so if that is a problem for you, you will probably not fit in either.

Finally, if you suck, you definitely will not fit in. If you do not care about the work that you do, then do not apply.
