This is an advanced social marketing position that requires social medial marketing management, Content Creating and Advertising (Photo and Video), Influencer Management,
This position is responsible for achieving company branding goals by bringing sufficient qualified social media traffics from followers and engagement increase through social marketing campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram /
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified traffics through mainstream social media (Tiktok, Instagram/Facebook, Youtube, ect.) to increase sales, engagement, followers
Social media marketing content creating and preparation for Tiktok, Instagram /
Organic followers acquisition and engagement increase on Tiktok, Instagram /
Perform daily Influencer Management such as influence seeking and communication, influencer quality analysis, influencer collaboration
Plan, develop and implement successful social media marketing campaign,
Coordinate with other digital marketing teammates to make sure brand image is aligned
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly Social Media Marketing Reports to the company to indicate completed tasks, follower, engagement and traffic data, brand and marketing status, trends, demands, etc.
Perform other duties that request by the company.
Requirements:
Social Media Marketing Experience with at least 100K follower: 3 Years (Required)
Tiktok Marketing Experience with at least 50K follower: 1 Year (Required)
Instagram Marketing Experience with at least 100K follower: 3 Years (Required)
Instagram Ads: 2 Years (Required)
Youtube Marketing: 2 Years (Required)
Google Ads: 2 Years (Prefered)
Facebook
Bachelor's (Preferred but not required)
Organized and self-motivated with teamwork spirit
Good communication skill and result-driven
Qualifications:
Demonstrable success and proven track record in improving followers and engagement on Tiktok, Instagram,
Creative and good communication skill
Positive attitude in all regards
A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics and video design experience is not required but is considered a plus)
A passion for marketing, social media, social media advertising
A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social media (Tiktok, Instagram/Facebook, Youtube)
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
