JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Manager Job description:

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the, operational execution, services and quality outcomes, and financial success of the Company’s operations and performance. The Senior Manager will oversee business operations, operational excellence, key stakeholder engagement and clients engagement and satisfaction.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

· Regularly provide update to the CEO about (but not limited to) productivity, admin and managers progress on their KPIs/Objectives.

· Closely work together with Finance team to set up Finance reports and regularly analyse, present to the CEO and come up with strategic plan to improve performance.

· Manage and supervise Mid-Level managers by setting up their monthly KPIs/Objectives aligned with the financial and operational strategies agreed with CEO and ensuring it meets the set target within the agreed timeline.

· Work with mid-level managers in reviewing processes and establish process improvements that would streamline processes with the end goal of reducing AHT, thus be able to optimize output

· Execute on Company’s business operating model

· Work with Business Development team and collaborate to build the blueprint for market launch and setting key KPIs to hit topline revenue goals while managing costs

· Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government bodies, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.

· Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counselling managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions and providing educational opportunities.

· Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.

· Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a leaders of leaders in BPO company

o Medical Account preferably

· Has proven Project Management experiences
