[WANTED} Rockstar Graphic Designer ASAP

E/X is a small and growing boutique agency specializing in email and SMS marketing for ecommerce brands. I started E/X a little over three years ago from my condo with $0. I hustled and worked for free until I got my first client, and since then the growth has been ---------- w, a team of 13, we create and manage world-class email and SMS programs for some of the fastest-growing ecommerce brands.

We’re looking for another talented DESIGNER to join our rapidly growing team.

What you'll do:

* Design - Designing emails for e-commerce stores.

You should have an eye for layout and design

* Reliable
* A-level player
* works well with others
* can work fast
* good work ethic.

* Daily communication with the team - we use slack.

* Work closely with our internal team to turn client vision into deliverables.

* You'll get a general direction, the photos/assets along with the copy for the email, then it's up to you to design.

If you have any experience designing ecommerce emails that is a big plus - please include links or attach any relevant samples.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Integrity: honest with yourself and other people, you don't just say what people want to hear, but tell the truth in all areas of your life.

- Confident and humble: Cares more about improving than looking good, have a growth mindset.

- Give 110%: Self-starter, takes ownership, gets stuff done, not afraid to get into the weeds and figure things out.

- Experience with design. (design samples of past work required)

- Experience with ecommerce, experience with email for ecommerce is even better.

- Great time and project management skills; deadline-oriented with experience getting projects done quickly, with very high quality standards.

- You must have great attention to detail and amazing communication skills.

- You must have experience working in a remote team.
