Executive Assistant

Looking for an experienced and skilled executive assistant for administrative support to help the CEO of a successful direct to consumer goods (DTC) consulting firm manage the daily operations of a fast-paced consulting firm. The successful candidate will be helping with database management, publishing social media campaigns, light graphics/audio/video editing. Must know photoshop, illustrator, Canva and ideally audio and video editing.

Required Experience:
Experience as an executive level assistant
Template creation
Social media graphic design
Social media campaign publishing and management
Video/audio editing

Daily Responsibilities:
Edit video and audio from raw footage to produce final social media postings
Create graphic posts from existing template
Upload and schedule approved social media campaigns/posts into Social Pilot
Manage LinkedIn outbound emails campaigns
Research new leads and track
Edit/ copy/paste contents/ fill in templates to create complete content documents
Follow systems and processes per instructions and training
Track sales leads and fulfillment using tracking sheets
Create and send proposals from template
Notify owner when with responses to outbound emails and move them to
next phase of sales process
Manage GDrive Organization
Schedule meetings
Perform LinkedIn Activities (Liking/commenting posts, responding to comments)
Research content


Required Skills:
Advanced Excel skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven Photoshop and Canva examples
G suite and Microsoft software
Familiar with managing social media postings/campaigns on LinkedIn & Twitter
Fast-learner: ability to learn new systems from tutorials and video training (can play with a platform and quickly learn it)
