Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive Amazon Seller Central experience
- eCommerce operations experience
- Experience with Amazon 3rd party tools, such as SentryKit, Helium10, Seller Locker, JungleScout
- A quick and tech-savvy learner with a problem-solving mentality
- Team player with strong communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and special projects for Amazon Seller Central or eCommerce operations
- Own inventory management and shipping plans in Amazon and work with our supply chain team to book FBA shipments into Amazon
- Lead listing/ASIN configuration and setup in Amazon for new SKUs and optimize existing SKUs for conversion and listing health
- Review Account Health and Voice of the Customer metrics in Amazon and take the steps to mitigate listing takedowns as needed
- Submit removal orders or fix stranded inventory regularly based on standard logistics/operations workflow
- Serve as the main point of contact for any Amazon escalations/notifications and work with team members to resolve
- Directly handle escalated performance notifications or listing closed situations through communication and escalation to Amazon (case log, calls,
- Regularly analyze reports in Amazon to ensure optimal account health and surface opportunities for improvement
- Handle regular recurring tasks for report downloads or updates as directed
- Assist and oversee Amazon reimbursements process (via tools like Seller Locker)
- Spearhead new initiatives such as Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) for consideration
- Assist and support with general operations/inventory and fulfillment tasks as directed
- Build documentation and process workflows relating to all job functions
