JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is an e-commerce company that produces and sells Toys and Stationery products under their own brands on Amazon and their own websites. They operate in the USA, UK and EU marketplaces. Products include whiteboards, pens and children’s calendars among many others. They have sold over 1 million products worldwide, been in operation since 2016 and they are also a top 3,000 Amazon global seller.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to do the following:
• Contact the direct manufacturers and communicate with suppliers in China
• Research the market and find products
• Monitor, evaluate, and handle all online order issues and concerns
• Ensure an appropriate order flow with compliance with organizational policies
• Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of sales reports
• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities
• Perform other duties as necessary or required

This job is for you if you have:
• FLUENT IN MANDARIN (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Preferably with 1 year + of experience
• Can work independently and reliably and be a quick learner
• Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
• Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
