Hi applicant,

My name is Kai I’m the OM of Core Development located in US Tennessee. We are an Ecommerce development company and most of our clients are using Magento. Since we are expanding progressively, we are looking for a Business Analyst whose has experience in our market and we prefer candidates with Magento knowledge. Our job is homebased, and we communicate through Skype and our management tool is Click Up. We are operating between 8am to 4pm EST so that will be 8pm to 4am in the Philippines. The position requires your flexibility to hit the weekly target. You will be responsible to understand our client’s requirements and translate that information into Click Up tasks. You must have an excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with the clients.

E-commerce Business Analyst Responsibilities

The e-commerce business analyst responsibilities include increasing the efficiency of the company's online sales by undertaking various researches and cost-benefit analysis. They are also responsible for identifying, analyzing, and understanding the e-commerce needs and requirements of the clients as well as the companies. The e-commerce business analysts are responsible for gathering internal and external client business specifications. They generally work with the internal e-commerce and web development teams to analyze and design the e-commerce solutions to meet the business objectives.
