SEO ADMIN

We are in need of a SEO ADMIN who will be assisting us in the daily operations of the company from 12:00 nn to 9:00 pm (Manila Time).

The person we are looking for is someone who has experience and knowledge in SEO. Main responsibility is to build a positive relationship with our existing clients by addressing their inquires and resolving issues.

Task includes:
- Handles client's inquiries
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Perform other related client management tasks

Skills/Qualifications:
-MUST have strong skills in ENGLISH, both written and verbal
-MUST have proven experience in client management
-MUST be knowledgeable in SEO
- Problem-solving skills/critical thinker
