Sep and website developer

I have an electrical contracting company. I need someone that can help with filling online permits and use the program mhelpdesk which is the crm program I use. I also have another company I am forming which is going to take care of setting up all their social media, building their website, and getting them ranked in their cities. I need the employee to speak good English.
