We are actively searching for an Online Lead Generation Specialist to be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. In this role, you need to be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple online sources. Implementing our lead generation system for the purpose of drafting responses to questions from potential leads, engaging in conversations via DM’s to qualify leads for the purpose of scheduling sales calls.

What We Need:

Independent Contractor (1099) willing and able to work PST hours; amenable to working 6 days a week.

Loves social media; proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. Experience with Twitter, Tiktok, and Clubhouse is a plus.

Proficient in GSuite. Experience with Trello, Vimeo, Canva is a plus. Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication and phone skills who is highly proficient in spoken and written English.

A self-starter with a “get things done” mentality - you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to
completion with a high degree of autonomy. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, not required but nice to have.

Experience with copywriting and proofreading is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for generating new leads and maximizing existing lead pool leveraging systems like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and more.

Schedule appointments with prospective clients for the Sales Team

Nurture and warm prospects for further discussions with the Sales Team

Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients’ requirements, pain points, and areas of interest

Go the “extra mile” to help meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Monitoring, scheduling, recording, and maintaining all incoming lead disposition ---------- fortable with interacting with potential clients and is awesome at customer service. Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through social media, research, email, and telephone. Identify potential affiliate, partnerships and joint ventures.

Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication with past clients, current clients, and prospects.

Manage data for new and prospective clients with existing tools in use ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate.

Work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
