After Effects Animator

We are a video content agency, and we make custom animated explainer videos for B2B and Software companies. We are based out of Utah, USA, and we serve clients all over the US.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Animator and Video Editor. We are very organized and we have a process and systems in place, so no need to work on weekends. Although you will mostly be animating and editing videos, you need to have a good eye for design and listening skills to be able to understand the purpose of the videos.

KFAs (Key Focus Areas)
1. Keep the project manager happy.
• Deliver videos on time.
• Understand what the client is trying to convey.
• Ask questions if you don’t understand something.
• Communicate proactively on project status.
2. Make sure videos are engaging
• Make sure scenes are not too static for too long.
• Make sure every scene is timed properly.
• Make sure animations match the voiceover properly.
3. Make sure videos look professional
• Make sure videos match the client’s brand.
• Make sure the animations are consistent in timing and style.
• Make sure videos make sense.
• Make sure text and copy are easy to ---------- PENSATION
This is a salaried position. We pay you weekly. If you work less than 40 hours in one week, you don’t get paid less. That means, you always get paid no matter what. If you work more hours, we pay you the difference.

SCHEDULE
We ask that you work 8 hours per day Monday to Friday (6 pm – 2 am Manila Time). There is also an opportunity for freelance if you already have a job.
