Trademark Global is an eCommerce company that sells consumer products through many of the online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Overstock, Home Depot and many, many others. We have over 3,500 different products that we import and store in 3 warehousing facilities in the United States. The priority of the this position is to ensure that all EDI transmissions are built properly and delivered accurately to our customers. Additionally, they will resolve technical issues in products and enhancing the design of solutions in our ---------- ndidates should be experienced in flat file formats, and comfortable with various forms of communication such as FTP, REST API, etc., with strong problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of SQL.

On the job training will be provided on our technical systems. You will learn about EDI systems, EDI file formats, customer data communication, and eCommerce ordering. We are looking for anyone experienced with data. Your experience does not need to be specific to eCommerce (medical data is great experience!). You will be working on a IT Team of about 15 people. We value teamwork and personal interaction in order to teach each other.

Qualifications:
• Experience with various file formats including flat files (csv), XML.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with a high level programming language such as Java, C#, python, etc
• Experience with data base querying using SQL
• Experience with data transformation/translation
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
• Help ensure timely and accurate of data transmissions
• Onboarding new customers to our EDI platform
• Troubleshoot problems, diagnose, and resolve product issues
• Observe and follow design patterns and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
• Collaborate with others to ensure best practices are followed
• Writing documentation for new and existing customers

Preferred (any experience in these areas are a huge plus, but are not required):
• Experience with EDI/X12 documents (850, 846, 810, and 856 documents)
• Experience with XSLT files and data translation
• Experience with git for source control
• Experience with Dell Boomi
• Experience with Atlassian products: Service Desk, Jira, OpsGenie
• Experience with Jenkins or automation tools
• Experience with Javascript and/or Groovy
• Experience with monitoring platforms like New ---------- Time Zone Working Hours Required.
At least C1 English Proficiency Required.
Full Time (40-hours per week).
