Legal Medical Doctor Reviewer (Remote-Davao Based)

Job Responsibilities of a Medicolegal Case Reviewer (MD):

-Attends teleconference meetings and lead the case discussion

-Taking rough notes that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took place during the meeting.

-Ensuring that a copy is filed appropriately, keeping all minutes together in a file for future reference.

-Intense review of each case

-Create a high-level summary of each case with main points systematically outlined

-Carefully monitoring the calendar of events

-Writing of an Affidavit of Merit (AOM) for cases that require an AOM.

-Will closely work with the RN reviewer for discussion/rationalization of the case prior to discussion with the CEO

-Will direct the RN reviewer which areas of the medical records should be bookmarked

-Conduct continuous research on common medicolegal case topics

-Create a spreadsheet that contains a brief synopsis of each case and links to files

-Assist the CEO during calls with attorneys.

Requirements:

- Licensed Medical Doctor

Computer specs Requirement (work from home set up):

Fiber connection and has at least 20mbps download and upload speed
Has available back up internet
At least 8gb of Computer RAM
If possible, SSD system storage
