About You
We’re looking for an ultra-organized, detailed-orientated content publisher to join our team. Prior knowledge of the various SEO strategies is not required but a proven track record of troubleshooting and solving problems is.

We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately add value to our business by taking responsibility for publishing SEO-optimized content to our websites. If you're a fast learner, result-driven, and eager to learn more about SEO, this is the right role for you!

About The Role
You will be receiving articles from our editor then publishing and formatting them in WordPress. You will be responsible for crossing all the i's and dotting all the t's.

As time goes on your role will expand you will have the opportunity to learn different tasks and take on more responsibility within our organization.

Role Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Publishing and formatting content from a Google doc to WordPress
-Optimizing the content for SEO using our in-house on-page optimization system
-Placing internal links from existing articles to newly published articles
-Offering feedback and suggestions to help us improve our process
-Checking in and updating various tracking spreadsheets

-Have great written communication, be a clear communicator
-Be well organized and possess great attention to detail
-Be able to give and receive effective and direct feedback
-Have a proven track record of successfully working remotely
-Be comfortable working independently and in a small team
-Take full responsibility for your own tasks and achieving the outcomes
-Be proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful
-Be reliable and punctual

Compensation
To begin this is a part-time role with a 3 month trial period at an hourly rate of $4 USD per hour with the expectation of 20 hours per week.

Upon successful completion of the trial period, the hourly rate will increase to $5 USD per hour and the role will become full-time with the expectation of 40 hours per week.

The trial period may last less than 3 months if the candidate exceeds expectations early on.
