Accountant needed

I am needing a business accountant to help keep track of numbers with our sales and ect. This is a rather new/ first time I am hiring someone for this need but so far job duties would include keeping track of every sale and commision dollars that comes through the business. Also sending reports out to employees maybe once or twice a week. I would like to keep track of all this within google spreadsheet so that would be handy if you have some skill there also. So far I am thinking of this spot as a "Part time" job. Starting pay would be 3 usd per hour and pay would be sent once a week through paypal and I pay the fee on my end.
