PART-TIME White Hat SEO, Google Adwords Specialist Needed for Ecommerce Website :: LONG TERM POSITION **IMMEDIATE START*

I am looking for a white hat SEO and google adwords expert, who can also help with some work as Blog Article Writer, Social Media Manager, Virtual Assistant.

Job Requirements:
For google adwords, need you to help me create new ad campaigns both on search and display advertising. You must have past experience and be able to show me the ad campaigns you have run in the past along with a description of how you come up with keywords and the CTR of your best campaigns. If you are Adwords certified this is also something I am looking for in a candidate. Also include the last 2-3 books or recent articles you have read on adwords to see if you are up to date with marketing using adwords. Also mention any keyword tools you currently use free or paid software. The ability to create different banner ads for display placements is also a must.

For white hat SEO, need you to increase domain authority, target for Singapore market, perform both off page and on page optimisations, focus on link quality and not just quantity of links, and gain high PR links which must be all white hat (strictly no black hat or grey hat tactics). You must also be able to set up and optimize for Google webmasters tools, be an expert with google analytics to perform in-depth analysis of current on-site traffic and how to improve performance and optimization based on the analysis. We want to be ranking for all related keywords relevant to our business, starting with niche long tail keywords first and eventually moving into more general keywords in the longer term. You must have SEO experience across multiple campaigns – SEO setup and management of campaigns, HTML & CSS skills, Advanced skills in SEO – on-page and off-page optimization, and have commitment to dedicate time to learn, develop and keep updated with relevant industry changes to SEO and PPC.

Blog Article Writer, Social Media Manager, Virtual Assistant: In addition to the above key job requirements, you also need to be able to write articles and posts using grammatically correct English – which we see as a part of SEO efforts. You will also be required to do other marketing jobs which we will provide full training for, such as social media. There may also be help on other work admin work we require periodically and we will provide clear direction for those. As your success is also our success, we will help you as much as you need to succeed with our company.

*Must be available either 4 hours a day from Monday-Friday or 8 hours a day on Mon, Wed, Fri, and must have a working computer

Essential Skills & Experience:
• Previous employment as an SEO and/or PPC specialist
• Proven track record of SEO and/or PPC results
• Familiar with WordPress
• Have fantastic experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Meet deadlines
• Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Must have Skype for easy communication
• Love learning new things – especially on the internet
• Love getting the job done quickly with an attention to detail
• Are experienced in keyword research, keyword selection and link building
• Are self disciplined with good work ethic
• Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
• Have full time availability - daily communication

The salary of the successful applicant will start at $180 per month and be considered for future increases based on work performance. The job will start with a 1 week trial period to see how well you accomplish the first few tasks. If the performance is exceptional I will hire you on a long-term basis.
