Virtual Assistant - General

We are looking for a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant for USA based company in food industry.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: . Flexible to start with. Eventually, Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM PST (11PM - 8AM - Philippines time)
WORK DURATION: Full Time - 40hrs/wk. (Will start with part-time for first 3 weeks of employment as a probation period to see if you are a right for us.)
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $500/mo after probation period of 3 weeks. Will pay for hours worked during the probation period of 3 weeks. Monthly salary will be split and paid twice a month.

An ideal general virtual assistant will perform the following tasks:

--------- RESPONSIBILITIES ---------- . Customer Support & Admin:
- Respond to emails / phone calls and customer follow-up
- Maintain contacts in CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Prepare & maintain excel spreadsheets
- Perform market research
- Document & create standard operating procedures (using tools like: Asana, google docs, sheets etc)

2. Lead Generation: (Businesses - B2B)
- Cold Email / Phone Outreach
- Linked-In Outreach
- Outreach via online social media groups & other avenues

3. Basic Marketing / Social Media:
- Manage (post and schedule) social media content
- Basic editing of images to be able to use for posts or ads
- Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like: MailChimp or others

--------- SKILL-SET OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE ---------- . Must Have:
a. Must have good spoken and written English
b. Must have experience with Excel/Google-Sheet and other Google Suite tools (Gsuite)
c. Must have experience with lead generation strategies including Linked-In lead Generation
d. Must be good at "executing" tasks. A Go-Getter!
e. Must have good organization (or project management) skills
f. Must be comfortable to learning new tools and techniques

2. Good to have: (Good to have, but not required. Will provide resources to learn)
a. Familiarity with basic image editing using tools like Canva
b. Familiarity with some sort of project management tool like: Asana or Trello
c. Experience creating basic landing pages (web pages)
d. Some experience with Facebook ads interface
