Human Resource VA

We are a startup Software Development Company and we are looking for a Human Resource VA that will help us do the following task.

Responsibilities:
*Be able to construct job ads and post them to the sites that the company uses in outsourcing possible employees.
*Locating qualified candidates to fill internal candidacies.
*Prepare employment contract per new employee (Needs coordination with HR manager for this task)
*Sorting out best applications for that specific person the company is looking to hire.
*Setting up new applicants with the tools that the company is currently using.
*Working side by side with the HR manager to fulfill HR-related tasks.
*Setting up schedules for interviews.
*Managing the company’s data employee data.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree (Preferably I.T / Com. eng./ Mass com,)
*Outstanding English speaking and writing skills
*Be able to work 35-40 hours a week
*Detail Oriented
*Introverted personality
*Quiet Working Space
