Hello I am looking for a Google ad specialist. The desired applicant must have Google ad experience In REAL ESTATE!.

Desired applicant must create the ad creatives along with eye catching pictures, videos, words, and descriptions, etc.

We are a property management company, and we are looking to scale our business and is looking for new clients. Our Google account are set up, your job will be to create the ad creative, as well as the steps that comes along with creating a Google ---------- sired applicant must have experience with getting Google ads ---------- sired applicant must have good converting skills.
