Role: Marketing & Technical Manager required immediately.
Priority given to those that have worked in the Real Estate industry.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be required to perform the following
1. Setup and maintain social media paid marketing including
2. Communicate with clients on a regular basis in regards to their paid marketing
3. Configure and maintain technical systems
4. Update team regularly about performance and required change
5. Create, update and maintain relevant SOPs.
6. Research new products and services that may be necessary
7. Troubleshoot existing system to improve performance.
Successful candidate should posses some of the following skills.
1. Experience working in the Real Estate industry would be a plus
2. Experience working with paid marketing platforms such as
3. 3 to 5 years experience as a virtual assistance
4. Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems
5. Knowledge of various tools including video editors, image / graphic editors (Canva, photoshop, etc), Zapier, MS Office tools, Google office tools, Zoom,
6. Exceptional work ethic and troubleshooting skills
7. Ability to communicate in English, both spoken & written is a must.
Full time hours, flexible day-time (eastern TZ).
Salary based on experience.
