Appointment Setter/Patient Care Specialist

Work Hours: 9 pm to 5 am EST (Part-time for now but must be willing to work full-time when needed) Covers all US Time zone
Rate:

Training $3/hr
Nesting $4/hr
Probationary: Php 35K-40K/month

Professional Requirements:
- Must have top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must have neutral to native accent
- Working experience in the health industry and knowledge in using Go High Level (CRM) is a plus
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette

Equipment Requirements:
- Must have a noise-canceling headset
- Must have your own pc/laptop with at least 4 GB RAM and Intel i3 or Ryzen 3 or the equivalent processor
- At least 10 Mbps of wired internet connection
- Webcam (for meetings)
- Backup power and internet connection in case of outages

Responsibilities:
You will be calling warm leads that come through one of our lead generation funnels. These leads are looking to set up an appointment to have their TRT treatment at a Chiropractic office.
