Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Manager.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to set up and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. You should have demonstrable experience of working with major technologies and marketing channels.

Job Requirements

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Responsible for the overall online marketing activities of the company such as, but not limited to social media management, online promotions, collaboration with influencers and online advertisement.
- Creating and maintaining client relationships and collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, landing pages and other online advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and provide recommendations for content and engagement strategies on social media and other platforms.
- Collaborates with internal teams by providing guidance, strategies and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence.
- Plan, execute, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and optimize performance based on the insights.
- Able to develop budgets and must be familiar with financial planning and strategy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
- Working knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Certification of Advanced Digital Media Marketing will be preferred.
- Ability to identify target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Working experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Familiar with website analytics tools like Crazy Egg, Mint, Matomo, etc.
- Outstanding experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Exceptional knowledge of content management and email marketing software.
- Good understanding of social media and display advertising platforms.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
