The Customer Success Agent, will perform various administrative tasks; including but not limited to answering
Responsibilities and Duties:
Respond to
Draft letters and documents
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Other executive admin responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Highly organized
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone,
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
Must have a quiet workspace/home office space to work from and a strong Internet connection is required
Experience using communication tools like Zoom, GoToMeeting, GoogleHangout
Can work between the hours of Monday - Friday 10am-9pm Eastern Standard Time
