I need a Rockstar PA who is up to date with Social Media trends and awesome with Email - bonus points for artwork/photoshop skills.

I am a Dentist and online educator and Podcast Host for Protrusive Dental Podcast ( ---------- ) - my audience is Dentists all over the world and the mission is to share passion and knowledge.

I create online courses and have an online membership for Dentists, as well as an active Facebook group and Instagram handle I wish to grow.

When I am not online, I am improving the oral health of my patients by being the best Dentist I can be - I also need help with supporting my patients with email and social media enquiries.

I am also a father and a devoted husband - family values are very important to me.

Here are the tasks I need your expertise for:

- Transcribing certain podcast episodes and creating engaging infographics
- Managing my comments on Instagram and YouTube
- Responding to Instagram and email enquiries from patients and Dentists
- Emailing and looking after my podcast guests
- Helping issue certificates to Dentists who complete training
- Sending reminder emails to patients and Dentists
- Contacting Dentists and patients on my behalf
- Promoting the podcast on Social media and liking and commenting on Instagram posts of other Dentists
- Moderating activity on my Facebook Groups
- Helping me to send invoices
- Helping my students with any queries regarding online course access
- Creating checklists and guides based on Podcast episodes (when you apply for this job - please start your message with the word 'Attentive')
