Membership pairing website

1. registration system for users
2. When a user registers they are assigned 1 buddy (person A) who receives a notification
3. when user registers they have to fill in their nickname and pledge amount of hours for next week they will work on their project
4. A user will receive messages from that buddy on the left of the screen.
5. A user can write a message to person A to check how they're doing.
6. Each time a message comes through they receive an email notification to login to the website and check their message box or they can reply via email
6. A user receives an alert after 2 days from joining via email checking how they're doing, automatic from the system
7. At end of the week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) the user is prompted to submit a report of their activity in a given week. This report is a text field. This report is saved in the archive and goes to Person B.

the purpose is that I can help someone achieve their work goals - by checking in how they're doing and making sure they work
and so that this person can also help someone by checking if they're doing their work
it's like: person1 helping person2, person 2 helping person 3, person 3 helping person 4 etc
