YouTube Page Manager

I am a real estate professional here in Nebraska USA. I buy, fix, and sell real estate. I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me build a YouTube channel for my business. I will create all the content with videos of my business. Basically I will have multiple cameras following what I am doing throughout the day (vlogging). I would like my assistant to gather all the raw footage, edited videos to tell a story and post them to my channel. I would like to put out one video per week. The assistant needs to be experienced in doing this with thumbnails, great titles, and the understanding in what will work on growing the channel.
