Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller

Welcome so in the position of being a Cold Caller in Real Estate Wholesaling you are going to be focused on calling people and asking them questions about their home. So this is a job/task that is on the communication side.

Requirements:

* Must be willing to work around 9:30 A.M. - 5:30 PM in the Pacific Standard Time (U.S. California Time)
* Must have patience and willingness to be nice to the people on the phone talking
* GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT
* Must be willing to learn the ins and outs of being a cold caller

What we will offer:

* 35-45 hours of work per week
* We will train you if you have any experience that is a bonus
* Willing to get to learn the systems every time we integrate something new in the software

Summary

We are looking for 1 individual who has the urge to talk to homeowners and ask questions such as information about their property. Upon approval for the position, you will be guided in what is needed to be done and shown how work is done. The questions are fairly simple, we will provide a script and we will make sure to provide everything needed so that we can make the task much easier and enjoyable as well for you.
