Teacher (pre-school/toddler) in Ormoc City

Need a teacher close to Ormoc City, Leyte. I have a 22 month old son and he needs a teacher to do kind of pre-school type of activities (the job would be in Ormoc City). It would be mainly just interacting with him and teaching him pre-school/toddler type of games/materials. You can get ideas for different activities/games from youtube/etc.

If you need to buy any materials I will pay for that. I just need a teacher who will teach my son and be active with him. The main goal is for him to stop so watching the Ipad, so i need a hands on teacher who will do hands on activities.
