Customer Service Dutch and Swedish

Im looking for a customer service employee. Currently its for my dutch and Swedish store only. So it wont be a fulltime job. Eventually I want to build many stores in different countries. Im not looking for the best of the best. I am looking for someone who can easily translate text with correct grammar in dutch and Swedish. Work will be around 1 hour a day.
