Youtube poster, basic video editing and social media marketing

I am looking for someone I can send my records too, they edit them with some pre recorded videos (basic editing ) , posting onto YouTube with my hashtags, keeping my instagram current and helping me with marketing.
Only part time, only 1-2 hours per day.
