Primary Responsibilities of the E-commerce Merchandising Assistant:
- Follow merchandising best practices on manually merchandised pages.
- Build, analyze & present reports to support business decisions
- Curates on-site visual merchandising including identifying up-selling opportunities, creating landing pages, and curating collections for all marketing campaigns
- Constantly research current and upcoming trends in fashion and retail
- Manage deadlines and needs for all homepage, collection page, and product page feature inclusions
- Consistently monitor the website’s KPI’s and proactively recommend and implement front-end changes that improve: add to cart rate, conversion rate, cross-sells, upsells, bounce rate, and more
- Manage product categories and new product introduction; optimization of digital space while maximizing growth and conversions

Requirements:
- Shopify/ Amazon Seller Central experience required
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics required
- 1-2 years experience in E-Commerce (collection merchandising / product management / etc)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Steadfast ability to work in an intense fast-paced environment and maintain the highest quality of work and focused visual aesthetics
- Self-motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently
- Passion for and demonstrated excellence in e-commerce, website performance, and branding
- Understands e-commerce and fashion trends
