Property Research Assistant (P/T)

We are looking for a Property research assistant to join our team.

This role is best suited to someone who has real estate experience and has good research skills and a keen interest in Real estate property.

The Role:

-Research in properties online, using various computer software to find relevant Investment opportunities
-Use investigative techniques to obtain contact details to approach potential sellers about investment opportunities
-Record and organise data for reference or marketing purposes
-Summarise findings in a short executive summary
-Assist other team members on marketing campaigns to generate new business
-Ad Hoc Project work

About You

-Strong IT skills including MS Office/Google Docs.
-Strong research/analytical skills
-Methodical, diligent and understand the importance of tracking work as well as being organised
-Highly motivated and willing to learn
-Admin skills. Ability to send emails, respond to queries and learn new software tools.
-You must have good internet access and a working laptop/computer
-Must be smart, well spoken and hungry to progress.
-Evidence of targeted sales experience

- Evidence of Real estate experience a bonus
-Evidence of Research experience a bonus
