We are online company selling physical items online.
We're looking for a superstar Social Media / Customer Service for a full time job.
The job duties:
* Communicate on a lot of fan pages, reply on each comment, answer messages on each page.
* Give customer service by email (if needed)
* Researching online for top selling products in sites like: Ebay, Amazon, Aliexpress etc.. (if needed)
* List items on our shopify store, create campaigns on Facebook (if needed)
You should:
* Speak and write English perfectly. (especially writing)
* Be very motivated and want to grow with a big company.
* Be willing to make mistakes, and learn from it. (winner mindset)
* Not get offended or insulted quickly, not a victim. (we're not looking for this AT ALL)
* Have a winner mindset and accomplish your goals every day.
* Quick and good communications, working with passion to achieve the goals.
* You should know how to manage a Facebook fan page, how to reply on comments, how to schedule posts on the pages and how to give a great customer service.
Salary is negotiable, we will pay once a week and add bonus for good performance.
We take care of our employees with paid sick days, vacation days etc...
