Job Title: Bookkeeper with Quickbook Experience

We are a Startup School located in the US, and we are looking for a Quickbook expert/Bookkeeper to help our team with our accounting work.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
An experience using Quickbooks.
Has a degree in Accounting or has taken any Bookkeeping course in the past.

Job duties:
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting ---------- e the Quickbook system to account for all the financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and ---------- plies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
