Drafting- CAD Shop Drawings

The tasks include:
Creating shop drawings of roofing assemblies
Reading plans to create shop drawings
Working with production team to create complex assemblies that work for field installation
Making material and production lists
Other tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will:
Proficient with drawing software
Be willing to learn new products and understand how they work
Be able to conduct research on new products
Work independently
Have great written communication
Be passionate about being part of something successful

Rules for working with us:
1. Never lie or make excuses. Mistakes are okay (I've made plenty!), lies and excuses are not.
2. Be accountable- Have a 100% say/do ratio
3. Want it more than anyone else. Losers try, winners get results.
4. Have fun!

Depending on experience/expertise, we're willing to pay ---------- USD per month starting out. However, if it's a good fit, I believe in rewarding the people I work with, and will compensate accordingly. We have experience working with Filipinos and outsourcing.
