We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
DUTIES & RESPONIBILITIES:
1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
2. Define the most important social media KPIs
3. Manage and oversee social media content
4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
6. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
7. Attend educational conferences
8. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
12. Provide constructive feedback
13. Adhere to rules and regulations
14. Present to Senior Management
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Great leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
COMPENSATION:
*Based on experience
Payments: Made via TransferWise
Payroll: Made twice a month 1st and 15th
Bonuses: Paid on the 1st for the previous month - Bonuses paid on key actions and outcomes per month
Working hours: Need to be available from 9 am MST-1pm MST
Reports: Responsible to create daily 'End of Day' work report
Work onboarding - 2 weeks training - One-month probation - 6-month contract (Re-evaluate compensation and job role)
