Responsibilities
- Product Listing & Optimization Services
- Create new Listings and Optimize existing listings on all channels
- Headline & Description SEO copywriting
- SEO Keyword search for search engine discovery
- Basic Image Editing (Photoshop or Canva)
- Feedback and Product review monitoring

Amazon Seller Marketplace Experience is a must as this our biggest channel.

- Bulk File Product Listing to create new listings and make changes to existing listings.
- Large listings with 20-300 Parent/Child SKU
- Help dispute Performance Account Health Issues using standard templates and following up with
- A+ Content
- New Product Launch Experience
- Amazon Listing Optimization using a tool like Helium10
- Account Health Management
- Respond to Cases Quickly and Resolve Issues
- FBA Shipment Planning & Processing

Qualifications
- Solid experience in Amazon and Shopify
- Experience with Walmart.com, Etsy, eBay, and Wish
- Product Listing
- Category Management
- Process documentation
- Ability to use external tools
* Helium10 – Listing and keyword optimization ( ---------- )
* Listing MIrror- e-commerce listing mgt, order mgt, inventory mgt, and purchase order mgt system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in English; both written and conversation
- Work PST Hours
- Weekly Calls, Reports
