Project Structuring
- Monitor the progress of a project
- Create a detailed planning for all the staff members and make sure they meet deadlines
- Create project folders for each new project.
- Set up project structure in Asana before each new project.

Web Development Management
- Create detailed briefs for front-end and back-end coders based on mock-ups made by design team
- Assess what can be done by yourself and what needs to be outsourced.
- Be available to monitor coders and answer their questions on Skype.
- Review and feedback work submitted by coders.
- Do coding tasks.
- Initiate and mange split testing

Project Management
- Manages the Asana team: “Operations”. Consisting of: Front end developers, Back end developers, Video producer, Support Staff.
- Daily activity report on team members. Who worked on what, how long and what is the status of the project.
- Weekly accounts payable overview. How much to pay to whom.

Hiring
- Asses which members of staff are needed, present to CEO
- Set up job on outsourcing platform and filter first round of applicants.
- First job interview with selected applicants.
- Plan with CEO’s assistant to set-up second interview with selected candidate.
