Seeking Online Store Manager

Kids Castle Press is a start-up that aims to create simple & fun learning materials for children worldwide. Our goal is to encourage imagination and creativity for kids of all ages and help them celebrate small successes as big steps. Established in Wyoming on 2018, we are Amazon Bestsellers focusing on original content.


To reach our objectives, we are looking for someone who can manage our online store (fulfillment, vendor, communicating, fix tech issues.etc)


OUTCOMES:
1. Ensure website is optimized to ensure at least 2.63% cv rate
2. Ensure healthy relationship with vendors with communications daily/weekly
3. Ensure at all times of 0% fulfillment issues with site and vendors
