Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will drive creation and execution of our company marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of job responsibilities below.

Job Responsibilities:
-Social media marketing: planning, content creation, posting, Facebook Ads
-Wordpress: website maintenance and SEO, Divi editor
-Graphic design: Canva, etc for use on Social Media Channels, website, print, emails, etc.
-Video creation: promotional, testimonials, etc.
-Email campaign creation and management: Mailchimp
-Real estate property marketing (Social media cards, postcards and flyers)
-Project management via Trello
-G-Suite and Slack

You will excel in this job if you are:

> You take pride in accuracy and efficiency and have mastery of the English language.
> Able to manage a large volume of tasks.

> Team player and with strong work ethics.
> If you like to work in a team environment where your input is appreciated.
> Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm US Central Time.
> Amenable to working some weekends and holidays if needed.
> US Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.
