Website administrator

Website administrators upload articles, audio files, images, marketing copy, photographs and videos to company websites and weblogs (blogs). They create daily backup files, test page-navigation links, monitor site traffic, moderate blog comments and respond to email requests.

Website administrators report security intrusions to network and server technicians. They request and interpret website visitor feedback, and meet with web developers to discuss problem areas.

Website designer/developer
- Solid experience with PHP / ASP.NET JavaScript (particularly the JQuery library) / CSS/ HTML and W3C compliancy
- Proven skills with SQL Server or MySQL and front end knowledge
- Skills in XHTML/CSS with the ability to transfer a graphic designers artwork from PSD to HTML without using tables, passing W3C validation, and working in all major supported web browsers
- Experience in Dream weaver+, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks
- Working knowledge in ASP.Net a bonus but not essential
- Ability to create sitemaps, user style guides and wire frames
- Good eye for detail and troubleshooting
