Customer Success Manager - Trainer - French or Spanish Speaking

Help onboard, train, and develop clients to ensure platform success
Lead both group and single training sessions to clients
Work with sales and customer success team to help clients get started with MarketMan
Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly
Work with single and multi location restaurants to help them achieve their goals
Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company

3+ years of experience in sales or customer success
1+ years of experience working with a SaaS application
History of working with clients and customers based in North America or EMEA
Entrepreneurial or startup experience a plus
Proven track record of exceeding your quota/KPIs
Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
Fluent in English (written and verbal), preferably with little to no accent
Fluent in Spanish or French (written and verbal)
BA/BS required
