We are looking for a Content Specialist to write and ensure various types of pieces for our company (such as blogs, website content, marketing emails, brochures, newsletters, etc.) are on brand and add value to existing and potential customers.

If you have creative ideas about how to engage our audiences offline and online and have experience producing new content types, we’d like to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Website(s)
+Write seo-friendly, engaging content for our website(s) that increase traffic and conversions
+Coordinate with our SEO agency to produce in-demand, industry-related content for our blog


Email
+Write informational, educational and/or sales-focused content that will be sent to old and new customers based on 2021 email content calendar
+Direct Mail
+Write informational, educational and/or sales-focused content that will be sent to old and new customers based on 2021 direct mail content calendar
+Paid Media
+Write informational, educational and/or sales-focused content for ads (Google, Bing, Facebook) and landing pages that will be used to grow lead volume

Social Media
+Write informational, entertaining, educational and/or sales-focused content for social channels (like Facebook) that will be used to create engagement, drive traffic to our website and increase conversions

Misc
+Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
+Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
+Coordinate with Marketing Specialist to manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
+Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
+Create style guides to use as reference
+Other duties assigned to you that are not included on this list
+Requirements
+Proven work experience as a content creator, copywriter or similar role
+Portfolio of published articles
+Familiarity with Wordpress and Hubspot a plus
+Excellent writing and editing skills in English
+An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
+Time-management skills
+Familiarity with on-page SEO best practices
+Experience in project management is a plus
