Title Analyst

Role
- Research title and ownership utilizing public data sources to verify ownership interests
- Analyze, summarize and verify ownership interest
- Research, verify and summarize successors and heirs of deceased property owners
- Support due diligence activities related to property acquisitions and divestitures
- Prepare exhibits and legal documents

Requirements
- Ability to work from home with a stable and fast internet connection
- Strong work ethic and very strong organization skills
- Fluently proficient in oral and written English
- Must have experience with title research of real property in the United States
- Must be committed only to work on this project
- Foremost, must demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision

Experience: 2 to 10 years
