DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an outstanding WordPress developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our new website, along with other branded websites we control and paid media landing pages.


RESPONSIBILITIES
+Write well-designed, testable, efficient, responsive code by using best web development practices

+Create website layout/user interface by using modern HTML/CSS practices

+Ensure website has mobile responsive optimization for all screen resolutions from 360px – 1920px

+Work with IT Programmer Developer to integrate data from various back-end services and databases

+Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

+Create and maintain software documentation

+Be responsible for technically maintaining, expanding and scaling our site

+Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

+Install newest version of WordPress with multisite enabled

+Develop unique WordPress page templates

+Consolidate main domain and child domain to single server

+Build landing pages that match the theme/look &feel of the main domain

+Build HTML email templates for Hubspot that match the theme/look &feel of the main domain

+Other duties assigned to you that are not included on this list


REQUIRMENTS
+Proven working experience in web programming

+Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

+A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best development practices

+Basic knowledge of technical Search Engine Optimization process

+Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills

+Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets

+Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
