JOB OVERVIEW

The Digital Paid Search & Social Advertising Specialist will specialise in paid search and paid social and be able to create campaign strategies, implement campaigns and optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis.

You will lead, plan & implement performance-focused paid campaigns for a range of clients across multiple industries.

I am a digital strategist based in Melbourne, Australia working with a wide range of clients. I'm looking for a mid to senior level digital marketer to help with ongoing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management & optimisation along with some occasional admin support. I work with clients across all industries (from ecommerce to manufacturing) and this is an excellent opportunity to expand your portfolio and skillset. I undertake a broad range of work, and you would have the chance to get more involved/learn about digital strategy, UX (user experience) and website project management.

The freelance role will be approx. 3-4 days per week ongoing with the potential to become full time in the future.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Strategise, plan and implement paid search and social campaigns
-Ongoing campaign management and optimisation to improve performance to meet defined KPIs
-Work closely with myself to develop cross channel marketing strategies
-Provide regular channel reporting and post campaign analysis, leveraging data to optimise future campaigns and improve digital advertising performance.

- Google Ads Campaign Setup
- Facebook Ads Campaign Setup
- Monthly Reporting through Agency Analytics
- Website & campaign analysis through Google Analytics
- Ongoing optimisation and campaign management for Google & Facebook platforms


KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
-5+ years experience in paid search and social media marketing (key platforms Facebook & Google)
-Expertise in running Google search, shopping, display and remarketing ads
-Out of the box strategic thinker with innovative ideas and a strong understanding of how paid campaigns fit into bigger picture marketing strategies
-Technical understanding of Google Ads ad Facebook Ads platforms and how to setup/optimise campaigns for success
-Advanced Google Analytics user with strong analytical skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Fluency in English
