Job Summary:
Tanthony Raeshawn Enterprises LLC currently has an open vacancy for a Real Estate Assistant. Our mission is to create a first-class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking an Real Estate Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title, or mortgage. The natural ability to stay organized and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Job Duties:
• Inbox management-sending and responding to emails
Email disclosures/questionnaires/feedback
• Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.
• Customer follow-up
• Schedule appointments & confirm appoints
• Book open houses/ keep a list of open houses weekly
• Generate leads online
• Cold calling
• Update your CRM with notes on leads.
• Manage the social media handles and upload property photos and engage audience.
• Create and maintain the database of leads generated
• Create presentation and property marketing materials
• Manage appointments and schedule and send reminders
• Make logistic arrangements for inter-departmental meetings
• Research properties/buildings/landlords
• Administrative work as it relates to real estate

Job Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and good customer management skills
• Well-versed with lead generations tools and techniques.
• Willing to work in my time zone United States EST
• Flexible scheduled is a must/Responsive to text and or phone calls
