Zendesk Specialist

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Zendesk Specialist to join our team. We are a fast growing influencer marketing startup that helps top brands run influencer marketing campaigns. We have almost 20,000 influencers that have signed up for our platform.

We are looking for an expert in Zendesk ( ---------- ) to help us respond to inbound messages from our influencers. This is a part time role and we expect about 10 hours of work per week. You will be paid $5 per hour.

Key Traits:

*Strong English speaking and English writing capabilities is a must
*2+ years experience with Zendesk
*Understanding of how to organize Zendesk to operate efficiently, including categorizing tickets, tagging tickets, and creating Zendesk views.
*Ability to handle a high volume of tickets
*Ability to maintain relationships with customers
*Strong time management
