Telemarketer / Prospector / Cold Caller

Real Estate Agent looking for a telemarketer to join team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic telemarketer to join our team. Working remotely, you will perform various tasks like calling leads such as; circle prospecting, expired, FSBO, PRENOD, Short Sale, Foreclosures and other sources.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, systematic, well-organized individual who has experience working the graveyard shifts, telemarketing to prospect and develop leads via phone. You will have a salary plus bonuses for qualified appointment set. The sky is the limit in income as long as you have the motivation to stay consistent and persistent in finding motivated sellers.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in Telemarketing
- English proficiency speaking and writing
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Ability to speak, read and write in English, Spanish a plus
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Experience Mojo
- Experience with Google word and Google sheets
- Scheduling via Google Calendar
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Punctual and dedicated
- Worked with a Realtor in the past
- Can commit to long term employment

Tasks Include:
- Making calls to various lead sources and setting up appointments.
- Using script for telemarketing
- Handling objection
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Update lead information in CRM
- Log pertinent information about the interaction with the lead.
- Apply email campaigns.
